Step 1: Visit the Tafcop or Sanchar Saathi Portal

  • Open your internet browser and search for 'Tafcop portal' or head to the 'Sanchar Saathi' portal.

Step 2: Enter Your Mobile Number and Validate Captcha

  • On the portal, enter your mobile number and complete the captcha.

Step 3: Receive OTP and Login

  • Click 'Validate Captcha' and get an OTP. Enter it, tap 'Login,' and you'll see the active mobile numbers under your name.

What to Do Next: Reporting Unauthorized SIMs

On the portal, you can check and report suspicious numbers:

  • Spot a suspicious number? Click the tick box, select 'Not My Number,' and hit 'Report.'
  • If you no longer need a connection, choose 'Not required.' Opt for 'Required' if you actively use the mobile numbers.
